Privacy

This site lets players send reports, appeals and requests to the Gaming Fellers staff team, and lets staff work them.

What we store. Your SteamID and public Steam name when you sign in (Steam confirms them; we never see a password). What you write in a request, files you attach, and our replies. For staff: Discord account name and roles.

Why. To act on what you send, to keep a record of what was decided and why, and to see patterns over time. Records are kept for the life of the community so a decision can be revisited.

Who sees it. Only Gaming Fellers staff with a role that allows it. Your request and our public replies are visible to you. Staff-only notes are not.

Game data. Staff look at your in-game history through the admin panel (Warcon) the servers already keep: sessions, kills, bans, and so on.
